Horrible... only 2 working non-commercial tellers on a Saturday? Waited 30 minutes to just make a simple cash deposit. Of course, no apology for the wait... just snide remarks from the teller like "Did you fill out the deposit slip completely?" before I even took the money & completed slip out of my purse and "What's this for? Your landlord or something?" Seriously? Is this any of your business??? I've had similar experiences at 3 other B of A locations, but not to this degree. On my way out, I heard a roaming employee tell another person waiting that if they had their account there, they wouldn't have to wait as long. What's that quote? You can tell the character of a person (or bank in this instance) by how they treat those who can do nothing for them. I wouldn't bring my accounts here if it was the last bank standing.
