  • First visit to this store was when Derek bought The Tablet. He had some pixel problems and they did an exchange the next day with no hassles. The sales staff are very knowledgeable and there are no pressure sales tactics. They would like you to buy their product but they also want you to be happy with the purchase. Today's visit was prompted by The Tablet attempting an ill advised feat of aerobatics which resulted in a very unhappy screen. The tech examined the damage and has submitted the claim. No surgery for The Tablet it seems. Our anxiousness appeased by assurances of extended warranty. 3 stars for awesome staff on the sale of both The Tablet and warranty. 1 star for such a pleasant experience on the claim and 1 star for the beverages while you wait.
