Stopped here for coffee on my way to a trade show and after waiting in line, a woman stepped right in front of me and placed her order. When I acknowledged it, the barista just shrugged and ignored me. Then she gave my order to someone else, when that customer realized it she gave it back to the barista who put it behind the counter. I continued to wait for my coffee while the three baristas stood there chatting and when I finally spoke up they asked what the order was. I told them and the original barista said "oh, this is yours" about the coffee she took back from the previous customer The other barista asked if the woman had taken a sip or if she should make a new one and the barista said "Nope, it's fine. Just give it to her." And went back to chatting. As I was already late, I took it and left. Kinda wish I had waited to tip until my order was complete.
