  • As I did not return to Blues Salon, I'm not reviewing the salon here. I'm reviewing the customer service. Evidently the owner of Blues does not like honest criticism of her salon evidenced by her "comment" attached to my earlier review. I am so sorry Irene that I did not get back to you sooner, but I do not make a habit of responding to the hatemail from the owners of substandard businesses. As to why you can not find me in your files, it is simple. My name isn't Alison K. Even if you find my review of your business "vitriolic", a "hatefest", and "ranting", I'm not sure if publicly commenting this tirade of hyperbole is really an intelligent business move on your part. Also, it's "pseudonym" not "pseudonim", and I like to think of it as my pen name. ;D ETA: After posting this update, Irene the owner sent me another message: "Well A.K.A, I am sure you'll be a hero for a day with your business bashing buddies." I'm not sure what she means by "A.K.A." in this sentence, but all of you that consider yourselves my "business bashing buddies" take note; Irene is on to you.
