  • Stayed here on a time share plan. Great location! Right across the street from Planet Hollywood Casino and very close to the strip. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I can't say enough about the stellar customer service. The room was nice, not great. The WIFI was spotty and they do block access to certain sites. We couldn't tell if our room was renovated or not because we did walk past some stellar rooms that were being cleaned on the way to ours. The couch in the living room was awful. It was very old and worn out and we never used the living room because the couch was so uncomfortable. I also had an issue with the Air Conditioner, which was on a motion sensor and only set to 65 degrees. I like it cold when I sleep and a few times I had to get up and walk around to try to get the AC to kick on. All in all, I would stay again and recommend to others.
