  • Nice guys to deal with, but the only reason they don't get 5 stars is for two reasons. 1) half the time I try to get my oil changed, they say it'll be almost 2 hours! Cmon! That has happened on several occasions. Its maddening enough to the point where I don't want to go back, but theyre close to where I live so its convenient for me. 2) Theyre soooooo pushy with upsales. I can go in and tell them I only want my oil changed and I don't want ANYTHING ELSE, but they'll still call me out there to tell me my air filter is due for change, trans service is due, etc, etc, yada, yada, yada. Im sure they probably have to inform me, but even when I tell them I don't want anything else?! Luckily for them the guys at the shop are always nice, or else this would be a 2 star rating.
