| - Ehh, pretty disappointed every time i come to this movie theater. I try my hardest to avoid coming to this location because 1. Their seats are very uncomfortable, and wayyy to close to each other aisle wise. 2. It's not always that clean, the seats are bit tore up. and when i leave my shoes are super sticky. The employees for the most part are very friendly. But that's why i'm writing this review, i had a terrible experience with a man working at the box office that night. I had gone with my family (5) to have a little movie night. We arrived, and ordered our tickets. First off, the man who was "helping" us was very rude. My sister and I went up to the counter to order our 5 tickets, he then asked us if any of us were students, we said yes but told him we didn't have our class ID, he rolled his eyes and said "so is anyone a student?" and again we told him that we are students but don't have a class ID ( we don't mind paying adult price , but sometimes they let it slide) he then rolled his eyes AGAIN AND IN A rude way "SO NO ONE IS A STUDENT.. That will be $57.00"... my sister took out her debt card and he asked for an ID, she didn't have it on her. But what was odd, is he didn't ask any of the other people ahead of us that question... i figured he only asked because were Hispanic. She politely told him she didn't have her ID, but our mom would pay instead. He rolled his eyes AGAIN, we left the boxwindow to wait for our mother. When she arrived, we waited in line again. And this guy was rude to another couple... to me, they looked hispanic as well... then we were up next. Attitude was the same. VERY RUDE. My mother paid and provided her ID. As we're going in, the person behind us (white male) purchased a ticket and the box office man was being so freindly with the man. and.... didn't ask for ID. I felt out of place and uncomfortable. I suggest not hiring racist people. I'm very disappointed is the customer service that was provided During our visit....we spent a great amount of money. I don't find it fair how we were treated. I wouldn't come back again. I never thought in my life i would experience something like that. it's 2018....
