This company was one my insurance agent suggested (State Farm). There were some initial scheduling problems because of the weather.
The service guy arrived twenty minutes late beyond a four-hour appointment window. Took him twenty seven minutes to replace the windshield. After completion there was no sign anything changed other than the crack was gone. The tech seemed to have done lots of these, he was all business, worked fast and quietly. He was friendly to passers-by. All in all a good experience.
Afterwards he wanted me to sign his cellphone with no stylus and give him my email for a receipt which I declined not wanting to risk the spam which seems to be on the rise lately from places I've shopped online.
I would recommend this company for insurance covered auto glass replacement. I would have given them four stars had he been on time or early and offered a paper receipt.
