  • I have been to this particular CVS multiple times. This review is mainly for the pharmacy and not the store itself. My experience with the pharmacy is not that great. When I walked in the first time, there were 3 gentleman working, one at the counter. I was being next in line, but the guy told me to go to the next counter without any kind of explanation. The other counter was not occupied but all of the pharmacists saw me standing there, but no one really acknowledged me. It still took more than 10 minutes until someone actually walked over to me and asked me what I needed. In the meantime, other customers lined up at the pharmacy register to pay for their groceries and the pharmacists happily accommodated them. The second time I needed something from this particular pharmacy was when my dentist called them to prepare antibiotics for me. They told me I should give them about an hour and then pick up my prescription. I walked in about 3.5 h later and no one actually had taken a look at the orders that came in that day (and it was already 4pm). It still took an extra 25 min until I could actually pick it up. It's really annoying. Very inefficient and unfriendly.
