  • Horrible customer service! No one knows a thing, I wanted to open a Macy's card and I asked employee if I'll get 20% on everything or only certain things? She told me certain things. I asked like what? She said I don't know, only when you buy and swipe your card, you'll find out. What?! Another lady, that have a dark skin and braided hair was showing a new girl how to use the system when I came up with the question. I didn't interrupt, I was patiently waiting and then when I start a conversation this lady turn around and left. How rude! New girl called her but she answered something rudely and kept going. I don't like employees at this Macy's at all. They don't know anything and acting like they're doing a favor by working there.
