  • Bad customer service. Just rude. I have been waiting for my chair to arrive, purchased through Direct Buy. They use this company for some deliveries. They were supposed to call me once they had my chair, but never did. When I called them, they lied and said they called today... Sorry lady but there is no record of you calling my cell phone. "Well we must have been one digit off on the number" was the excuse! They told me they had the chair for over a week but were just too busy to get it entered into the system. I gave them one star for answering the phone. Their sister company MXD was supposed to be transferring the call to them, I'm still on the line waiting for someone to pick up...
