  • We began the process to remodel our Master Suite with Premier in 5/2014. Demolition started 8/25/2014. Completed 2/3/2015. YES, THIS IS CORRECT. That is OVER a 5 month process to complete a Master Bath and flooring for the Master Bedroom. The owner Greg came out prior to the start and stated it should be 4-5 weeks. Obviously, that did not happen. They did not order all of the materials until we were well into job as clearly written in the contract, which required us to pay them 40% to start. They, Greg and Kym, were dishonest and deceitful with many aspects of this project. We had to seek an outside artist to complete part of the job. It was required of me to demand credit for products that were not used but included in the bid. Some product taken from our home without our consent and without a refund. When we searched reviews on the internet, Premier was given good ones. I was encouraged to write this review so you could benefit from our experience with this company.
