  • Do not go to this location they are rude not helpful and super slow, took almost an hour and half just to rent. Asking questions got them frowning at me like I did something wrong. I came to get a trailer they told me it was booked, I asked them " what time is it booked from?"the response I get is" it's not our fault you didn't book it, next time call.." Turns out it was going out at 6 pm and I came in at noon, yet they made me get the bigger more expensive trailer that I didn't need, and when I told them that I only needed it from till 5pm they agreed to give me the smaller trailer then another hour went by because they are super slow....all this foolishness could have been avoided if they just listened to what I was asking.
