  • Why make an appointment if they make you wait as a walk-in anyway? I make an appointment for an SNS manicure and the girl (who I am waiting for) can't do French but they say everyone else can. Really? They ask me twice if I want to reschedule ..obviously they were short staffed and took a walk-in before me. I left. I never did get my nails done. I stopped going to another shop because appointment times meant nothing to them as well. It's a shame because the shop looked cleaned and I was really looking forward to having them done there.
