  • This is a tough review. My experience on Westjet involved way too narrow aisles, tiny seats, getting knocked around constantly by people's rear ends and drink carts, but really great stewards and stewardesses and hard working pilots. We got tied up in the big ice storm coming back from Denver. It's not their fault (staff). The staff really went over and above considering the challenges. That is why I am giving them a three: The staff's professionalism overcompensates for the other shortcomings of this airline. I'm going to leave it there. Great service, lousy seats.
