  • I went to this location earlier today on my lunch break for a car wash. After going through the car wash I pulled into the bay and was greeted by a gentleman who asked if there were any specific areas that I'd like to pay " extra attention to". I pointed out to the man that I'd like the back seats just wiped down as I have two kids. He assured me it would be taken care of. After waiting almost 25 my car was pulled up and the woman was wiping down the dash, As i walked to my car she asked if I wanted to look and make sure everything was good., When I opened the back door to check the back seat it was just as it was when I polled up. When I asked her if they missed it she tried to tell me that in order for them to wipe the seats i need to purchase the detail. When I asked her if I could just use her rag to wipe it myself she told me the cleaner wouldn't work. After wasting more time I gave up and got into my car. Upon further inspection I realized that my wash that only covered basically vacuuming and an exterior wash. Didn't really include vacuuming. The floor still was dirty along with center console, and back seat. NEVER again will I give this place my money. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
