  • My favorite American, non-chain grocery store in Madison. Fresh local produce, great bakery with breads, desserts, and cakes, an awesome beer selection that offers singles for those that don't want to delve into a costly four or six pack, Jennifer Street Market has it all. The deli area has tasty lunch special that are ready for pick up daily. Not to mention, they are neck and nwck with Jim's Meat Market when it comes to brats. Mango habanero, jerk, Philly cheese steak, Nueske bacon, chocolate chipotle, loaded baked potato, and Hawaiian brats are some of the unique one. The Hopsanity brat is the spiciest in Madison with crushed red pepper, habaneros, and jalapeños and made with Belam IPA from Ale Asylum. Ale Asylum, Lake Louie, and the infamous Dragon's Milk from New Holland are some of the craft beers the to make their beer brats. They also have duck, pheasant, and "Kobe Style" steaks are also showcased here. Yes, the "Kobe Style" steaks are American Waygu steaks and are worth getting for the steak lover in your life. Friendly and helpful staff are always there to help you along the way. Enjoy.
