  • This was my first time bringing my dog here; second time being groomed ever. When I picked him up, he seemed very nervous and sad. I could immediately tell he was not himself, which I understand because of other bigger dogs around him and he doesn't know anyone. I get that. But the hair is uneven on his legs and his toe nails are very harsh and uneven. He also keeps licking his behind non stop too. And does it usually take 3+ hours for a grooming for a small 8 pound dog? Needless to say, I wasn't blown away by his hair cut here and not sure if I'll come back.
