  • I ordered a small smoothie, the girl made a large by mistake. I said, "if you want to give me the extra you can." Rather than throw it out. She looked at me, poured my small and threw the rest away! Is it possible to get what you ordered and still be unhappy? Absolutely! This girl has no clue what "customer service" is about! No wonder tropical smoothie is so busy across the street!
