  • 5 stars for Linh, but this place gets 3 stars overall. As someone that has been searching her whole life for one stable nail shop, I have learned to be tolerant of all types of experiences but my main problem with this place is the inconsistency. Some days the customer service is higher than others. No terrible review to give here, just nothing spectacular either. You will be serviced, and that's that. UNLESS you ask for Linh and then you'll feel like the rest don't even matter. It got to the point that I only go now for her, if she's off I'll wait or find somewhere else temporarily when it's urgent...but I prefer to just wait. This place is right around the corner from me so I appreciate the convenience.
