| - I took my car here after it was vandalized, a rates around the car, 2 door coupe, referred to me by Liberty Mutual as a preferred shop because it's in their network. I dropped it off Monday morning and about a week and half later they call me it was ready. When I get there it was close to closing time and I looked over it briefly with Joseph F. I left to class that evening, after class, it was drizzling, tried to switch on my wipers and it did not work. I also looked over the car when I get home and find that the entire back sets are covered in grease, there were exposed parts on the back windshield and wires were sticking out, the back windshield tint was lighter than the rest of the tint, and the front windshield was missing the strip. I drove back to Caliber the following morning and explained to them the wipers did not work, and etc. Monica, the shop manager apologized and worked out a schedule for me to bring the car back detail the inside and fix the problems that I found. They set up a rental for me and had my car back to me in 2 days. Getting it back the 2nd time was more rewarding and I wish that's how it was the first time, an okay place to take, just really pay attention to the repairs and really look inside and out before you leave, lesson learned. What I don't understand is why both front and back windshields were replaced when there was no damages on them, guess they really try to find more problems with your car so the estimate will be higher I guess, the deductible is $500 and it's still robbery I think.
