  • The eye exam was very thorough and the doctor I saw was very nice and gave me a lot of time I believe it was Dr. Wilkinson. But one of the staff members I dealt with was really condescending and ruined the entire experience. When I made the appointment I specifically inquired if they excepted ODSP coverage, which they do. When it came time to leave she said "that will be $150". But I am covered for exams. "you should have told me before, you're supposed to let me know first"! and her entire demeanor changed and suddenly I am reduced to a street bum with pee stained pants in her eyes. It was shocking. It's not something that I am used to experiencing and don't intend to experience again. People that believe they are much better than others because they have a nice cushy job...you are no better than anyone else...in fact you may be worse....
