  • So, I went to Home Depot to purchase wall-to-wall carpeting replacing what I bought from them just over two years ago. I still have the original paperwork complete with THEIR measurements. HD insists on re measuring the same.damn.rooms. Between them not having a working computer to take my order, a second trip to this location to take my order and their idiotic insistence on remeasuring what they've already measured, I went to "Carpet Closeouts" on Cave Creek and saved the $50 on measuring and $150 on removing the old carpeting. Home Depot has just gotten too big with too many rules and procedures to make it my source for anything other than a quick, off the shelf purchase.
