Stayed there this weekend for the first time. I have mixed feeling about the place.
Entertainment was awesome! They have a lively Irish place that has great music and beer pong lol yes beer pong.
Next to it they had a live band that was really good but I think it wasn't there's it was in between them and the Casino next to them.
There is no good late night food options here we ate at the cafe Saturday morning it's terrible and WAY overpriced.
Gaming was ok one of my dealers was a short older lady full of energy and jokes she was awesome. A few other dealers we terrible and terrible attitude in fact I was showing love for another player(who I didn't know) and slapped the table because his first card was a ace and told him good luck I hope he gets BLACKJACK and the dealer yelled at me and told me don't do that.
Technology is on point here. They text me each day asking how my stay was and even responded when I had a question. I liked that.
Rooms are very small!!!!! And shower didn't drain so I was standing in water tell I got out
Now I have never had so many damn fees in my life when checking out. $34 per day for a resort fee. First off it's winter why am I paying for a pool I never went to or intended to go too? Then $18 a day in parking over $100 in fees in 2 days. Also if you use the WiFi you can only have 2 devices on it each day if you have more then it's a $15 charge umm hello what does the $34 resort fee go too?
With all that to say it might be the last time I stay here if you can't take care of your guest and not charge them all those fees maybe you don't deserve my service.
