  • Tom and Shannon are the best property managers/landlords my wife and I have ever had, hands down. Not only are they quick to address maintenance concerns, but they really invest in their properties and look to make it a great experience for the renter. My wife has rented two different units from Little Moe and both have been modern, well built, with none of the horror stories you hear about rentals in the valley. If you have rented long enough, you know that quality units and awesome landlords for a reasonable price is something you just don't pass up!
