In the Parts Department, I asked for a rear windshield wiper and was sold the wrong one. But didn't know it until a few days later when I was at home. Drove again the 25 minutes to this dealership. Returned it. And again was given the wrong one! Two different techs making the same mistake means they are untrained, unprofessional, or simply sloppy. Since on the second go around I believed the wrong parts problem couldn't be occurring twice -- surely it was something I was doing -- I tried to force the fit and ended up breaking the wiper arm. arrrgh! So I drove another 25 minutes to Baierl Toyota in Wexford -- wonderful! Not only did they sell me the correct blade & arm, they installed it at no cost. And they also explained that the mistake both techs at NHToyota made was that they simply were misreading the chart that matches the model year of the vehicle with the appropriate part. What a joke. NHToyota cost me time and patience, in addition to an additional $48 for replacing the wiper arm. Now I must return the blade and will be shocked if they don't charge me a re-stocking fee, even if they made the mistake. When the vehicle was under warranty I also had issues with a few Service Reps, so this situation shouldn't have surprised me. I really didn't think replacing a windshield wiper would be so catastrophic. Avoid this place at all costs. I gave them one star because a zero star was not available.
