  • I came home from work on a Friday afternoon & found that my water heater wasn't working. I went online to find someone- anyone - still open on a Friday evening & found Freddy Fox. Called him, texted him my address & he set a time that evening to stop by. Texted me when he was 10-15 minutes away. Arrived on time. Quickly identified all the rust in my water heater & how it was caking up the element, which means I had a leak & needed a new water heater. He put together a fair quote & said he would come back the next morning to replace it for me. Again he texted when he was on his way & arrived on time. He replaced my water heater and even "cleaned up" someone else's patchy work so all my water lines were up to code (for an additional cost, which was also fairly priced). He was extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable. Being a single woman living alone, I'm quite careful with strangers & never felt uncomfortable with Freddy at all. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job - emergency or otherwise. I will be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.
