  • Monta has always been a favorite of mine although today was not very memorable. I took take out since waiting for a table is that of when the president arrives and stops all lanes of traffic, no one is ready and no one knows how to make it flow. Place is jam packed because of the tasty ramen provided but my personal opinion they have fallen off the tracks a bit due to such overwhelming success. I took the tonkatsu soyu but was given just the soya offering. Discovered when I arrived to my home. The broth was what I wanted but it was too late and I felt it's from monta so it should taste good either way; I was not impressed. There were a few things wrong with the meal the tea egg was over cooked and just the overall wait inside the shop to pick up your Togo wasn't very pleasing. This isn't a make or break for me with Monta just gave me a reason to find other ramen around town that do just ask great if not better
