  • My family and I stayed here about a month ago. We went for the night. We arrived to the hotel at about 8:30 pm and when we checked in, we were upgraded because the room that we originally reserved was no longer available. The room was pretty noisy because it was next to the elevator. When I finally fell asleep, I was awakened by the tv turning on and a slamming door. I thought maybe the tv was on a timer and perhaps the neighbors had slammed their door. Immediately following all of that I get a call asking me who I was. The person calling didn't even bother to state who they were. Apparently there was a mix up at checking and they didn't show us in this room and they had sent another guest to our room. Mind you, all of this happened at 1:30 am. My son, husband, and myself were in the room. This has never happened at any other hotel. During check-out, we asked to speak to the supervisor, she said she needed 48 hours to investigate and she would get back to us. We still have not heard from the hotel. Very disappointed!
