  • It's nice to be able to fly in/out of Champaign but customer service is severely lacking. I'd give them a one-star, but again, it's a tiny airport in the middle of Illinois. You can't expect much. For whatever reason you can't check in for the CMI portion of the flight on the AA mobile app so make sure to come at least 30 minutes before (and even then, good luck) to get a physical ticket.
