  • No better spot in Vegas than Ellis Island! Don't judge a book by its cover.....not much to look at from the outside. I am a frequent visitor to LV and never make a trip w/out having a meal at Ellis Island. You cannot go wrong with the cafe or BBQ joint here. You will usually have to wait for a table at the Cafe' but be patient and enjoy the casino. Definitely go for the steak special if you don't have a BOGO coupon, but I always get the Prime Rib. IMHO it is as good of a prime rib as you will find in Vegas. $2 Beers brewed in house, and friendly servers. Sometimes the service can be a little slow, but this is a place to relax...no one should be in a hurry hear. I'll review the casino separately, but it is a gem. Great place to hang out, eat and spend an evening.
