  • They put holes in 3 of my cashmere sweaters! The owner said that I have moths that caused it...moths??? In a one-bed apartment???!!! Gimme a break. Nothing was reimbursed, not even the cost of the original cleaning. A total rip off. And, they put your clothes in with other people's. That's probably how the holes became so.
