  • I have personally worn I-Tip extensions from the Hair Shop for over 4 years. I purchase my extensions exclusively from the Hair Shop. Wendy is always so very professional and kind. I don't know how she does it, but even if she is busy helping multiple customers at the same time, she still makes you feel like you're the only customer in the store. She is very patient and always has very informative answers for the many questions I ask. Thank goodness for Wendy! The Hair shop is very lucky to have her! The hair I purchase there is always of excellent quality. If I get tangles I usually know exactly what I did that would have caused it to happen. Sometimes we all get in a hurry and possibly take short cuts. That's usually when I have a problem. However, Wendy educated me long ago about products that restore the shine and smooth out the occasional tangles I get. I hate to see people writing viscous reviews because they encounter a problem. We should all stop and take a look at what we may have done to cause the problem ourself. Unfortunately it's much easier to jump on the internet and blame someone else. It's also possible that when the Hair was installed it wasn't done properly. Be sure to take that into consideration as well. Bottom line, in all the years I've been purchasing hair from The Hair Shop I can honestly say everyone in the store has been very professional and extremely honest. They go out of their way to help their customers. Sometimes a gentelman works there and he is just as knowledgeable and polite as Wendy. Through the years I've recommended The Hair Shop to many of my friends in the beauty industry. They too are just as happy with this company as I am. There are places closer to me that I could purchase hair from. I choose to drive the distance to purchase it from the Hair Shop because I always know I'm getting quality hair, and great customer service. Thank you Hair Shop!
