  • UPDATE- This salon has went downhill. Kim and Lucy, the previous owners, set the bar high. A beautiful salon with great service and associates that could understand and converse with you is hard to find. The salon went under new management about 6-7 months ago. The associates that worked there during Kim and Lucy's management have moved to their own salon (amazing) and this once beautiful salon has turned into a regular nail salon: the associates don't want to converse with you and the service isn't top knotch. I received a full set from one of the previous associates and one of the nails came off. After making an appointment to come and get the nail fixed, I was booked with Sam, the new manager. I was not informed in my phone call that I would have my nail fixed by him. I alarmed him that the nail was in pain and sore, yet he continued to drill it and applied acetone to it. I've never had acetone burn my nail before and I knew this was an issue. I asked him and his fellow coworker who proceeded to laugh at my pain if my nail was ok and if it was infected. After LOOKING at one another in a frenzy, they said no. It has been about 3 months since I received this fill. My nail broke off and I have been other nail salons to have my nails done. The nail has finally grown back and I can now see that I have onycholysis on my nail that was drilled by Sam. Thankfully, it is only half of the nail and the new growth looks healthy. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. There are associates working here that are not licensed. Anyone with a valid cosmetology license has it DISPLAYED on their desk for their clients to see. If it's not there, run fast. There are much better, licensed nail technicians in Las Vegas who will do a much better job and not leave you with wrecked nails.
