  • My initial experience at Earnhardt Kia was bumpy, but thanks to the intervention and outreach of both Scott Knaperek and Scott Feichtinger, my experience quickly turned positive. I was able to get a great quote which they held to throughout the process; no smoke and mirrors or bait and switch. On delivery day, Scott was out of town, and he handed me off to Elena McNulty for all the delivery details. This was not her sale, but even if it had been, she far exceeded my expectations for service, courtesy, patience, attitude, helpfulness. She may be one of the best in customer service I've ever encountered and I've met tens of thousands in my 40+ years of professional service.
