  • oh boy.. i have a story for u!!! we just got an 09 cooper S,red and black roof,blk rims,blk and red interior, the car had 41k miles,i asked the sales guy Dave if i can get $1,000 off for the rims damaged,just a bit.. his answer.. no!! lol well, got the car,the last paperwork i was sineing to have the car realse to me,i asked Dave to install the Ipod adpater,when i picked up the car,it wasn't done!! oh well.. the bottom leftside windshield,had a crack,and they did fix that,but,had to keep asking them to do it.. so,it was done. We love the CAR,drove the shit out of it within the 1st month,drove it to Ca and back, had the AC blasting,and cruzing on the fwy at 100mph.. lol no problem 2months go bye,took it to the dear to have the plates and a wash,the service guy was there,and quickly called a tech to have the plates put on,and for a wash, 45mins go bye,and service guy asked me to get the keys at the counter,when my wife was walking towards the car,she yelled at me saying.. theres a f%$#$% dent on the door!!! look!!!!!! and i quickly went to the counter,and asked for a manager,i said.. im going to keep com,my drivers side door did not have this dent here!!!!! he quickly got on the phone,and within 3mins,came back to me and said, go to the service guess,we will take care of it in the morning.. were giving u a renter for a day,i will give u a call when its done.. and the next day.. i called at 8am,and the car was ready to pick up.. got the keys with a smile..
