  • They are the worst property management company we've ever dealt with. They rented a condo my family owned then the tenant had a fire from cooking meth in a closet and they canceled the contract but made us pay them for the rest of the term because there was nothing for them to manage. Then they claimed to run a background check but wouldn't show us that it was even done and wanted us to take their word for it. Only after the fact did we learn that he had a criminal past. Then when we tried to talk to Terry the broker we could never speak with him. DO NOT do any business with them you will be sorry if you do!
