  • I find this company is very poor in contacting there HOA members with there yearly dues. This is the second year in row that I have not got my bill. Last year I went in to there office and was told it would be taken of and yet here it is the 3rd.of January and still no bill! It is due on the frist of the month.Last year they tried to hit me with a late fee but fought that and won. I would not recommend this company to any HOA. Previously we had Excellent Community Management Company and had no problems. Wish they were back as my management company.
