  • Every time I'm in Vegas, we dine here. I always get the lump crab roasted beet salad and the chilean sea bass. Some times I will do a surf and turf and split the Signature prime bone-in ribeye and the sea bass with my husband. It's so good. Their Signature prime steaks are raised on the family farm. It's worth it to get the upgrade from the regular steaks they offer. Once in awhile they offer wagyu beef. If you call in advance, they can have caviar and all the accoutrements available. The service here is excellent.
