My lease is about to be up and thought it be great to leave a review. Its a good place to live, you're close to everything from grocery shopping at trader Joe's, whole foods, shopping at marshalls or total wine. Downfall would be the camelback traffic that occurs, my rent is fair priced currently but they are renovating all units now so going from what i pay now at $640 with everything included to $900. Just an fyi for anyone that moves here to read the lease agreement carefully, I didn't put in my 60 day notice because well life happens and we aren't perfect. Unlike my previous apartment i paid near $900 for before moving to the colonnade they were friendly about the notice and no charge no funny business. But here at the colonnade if you are late you pay either 2 months rent and then some, it is NOT WRITTEN IN THE LEASE OR THE LETTER SENT but as legal suit they can charge you whatever seen fit. But overall a nice place to live.
