  • Didn't write a review in September like I should have. NOW I'm going to! I've lived in my house for 18 years and in that time have had to have my main sewer line snaked due to clogging about 5 times. And always - the first time did the trick. I called Lawson family plumbing based on reviews September 7th because it had clogged again. It was after hours but someone arrived within the timeframe given to me. The cost to come out after hours to snake my line was over $300!!! I negotiated them down about $100 and the guy snaked my line, said they found tampons. Ok - great! I told my daughter to stop putting them down the toilet - and she has from that point forward. On September 11th, they had to come out again for the same issue. After snaking the drain and putting a camera down this time, the guy said there were more tampons and "scolded" me a bit on the receipt emailed to me that I had been advised not to do that the first time. Hello!!! Maybe the guy you sent out should've done the job right the first time? Fast forward to November 25th - line is clogged again! I call Lawson plumbing at about 1015 pm because their advertisement indicates they're 24 hours and I'm thinking this is their opportunity to make it right! As of this review - I've not gotten a call and it's been almost 12 hours. Are you guys afraid you're going to have to work a little harder this time to do what should've been done initially? I'm beyond pissed! I see all these glowing reviews but bottom line is - if you're in an emergency situation as I am currently - look elsewhere! Not worth the money they'll soak out of you for a crappy job!
