  • Found another awesome instructor at Hegel. I absolutely love Carolyn Lyons. She's upbeat, encouraging, and takes time with her students (even after class). She has some anatomy background and she's also a personal trainer. I like that she knows her anatomy, I think that's important in yoga or any exercises. She only teaches one class right now, Counterpoise. Take it!! You won't be disappointed. I hope she'll teach more classes at Hegel in the future. She focuses on form over intensity or speed and this prevents future injuries imo. She meets you at your level and gives you plenty of feedback. She's just great!!! I'm so so so glad I tried a class with a new instructor here. Sometimes it's a hit or miss. Carolyn is definitely a hit!
