  • This place is THE BEST!! This is my 4th bead store that I've visited and by far the best. Forget the others, this is my spot. First off, customer service, stellar. From the second I set foot in the store, during, and leaving. Everyone there was so helpful, fun, and I felt like they really cared about my needs. The energy there is amazing. Now. As for the actual product. My plan was to run in for 15 minutes and grab a couple things. I was there for almost 2 hours, it's almost overwhelming how much stuff they have. You can even order online, so if there is a specific item that you want to continue to re-order you can do so on their website. I also really liked how they had little carts with different size bags and a sharpie so you can bag and label everything. I went to look for pieces for mala bracelets, I am still new to it and do not know what every stone looks like and the name, same with the sizes. So I wrote the name and size on the bag of each item I bought. So convenient! Lastly, price. Their prices are similar to other stores, however, they have sales. So today I got to spin a wheel and got 40% off my entire purchase!?! What a steal! You also save a certain percentage per every dollar amount you spend. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. I'm the kind of gal who has expensive taste, I know quality, but I look for deals to best utilize my hard earned money. Check this place out, you'll be happy you did!
