| - This was the worst service company I have ever dealt with! Our refrigerator has been acting up and is still under warranty, so we had Brownies sent out to us. The technician didn't seem to know what he was doing and just seemed to want to tell me how many idiots there were in the world, including the previous technician from a different company that looked at our fridge. After fiddling around with the fridge a few minutes, he determines that we need a new fan blade so tells me he will come back with one. A couple days later, he calls and says he's five minutes away. So I answer the door when he arrives and the first words out of his mouth was complaining about the fact that this was going to take longer than he wanted because I hadn't unplugged and defrosted my fridge/freezer for him!
He replaced the part in record time, and when I asked for a receipt of what he did, he informed me that his company didnt give receipts when they worked on something under warranty. After he left, I noticed that my freezer drawer wasn't sealing on one side and that there was a gap between two pieces inside the freezer that was not there before. So I called him and asked him to come back. He didn't get around to coming back until the next day. When he came in, I point out what I had noticed and he proceeds to tell me that a previous technician broke a part and that's why the drawer now is screwed up. He tells me there is nothing he can do until he orders a replacement part. I asked him why he didn't tell me that before and whether he had ordered that part. He says he will take care of it immediately and also promises to get me a copy of a receipt for my records. He calls me the next day and says he's around the corner. I assume he was coming to replace the part, instead, he comes in, takes a couple of pictures of the supposed broken part, tells me the morons in his office didnt know what part he was talking about so didnt know what to order, and leaves. I call his company, they tell me he never mentioned a broken part to them. So I explain that my freezer drawer isn't sealing after his visit and they tell me I will have to call through the warranty people to get a new work request since it is supposedly a different problem. I have since had a technician from a different company come out, and he resolved the issue in 20 minutes and told me there was no broken part, it just was not put back together properly. I still don't have a receipt or record of any of this guy's visits, and the company will not return my calls.
