When a security gate crashed the front bumper and fender of my beautiful Lexus SC 430 I thought it would never look right again. If you have ever had your special car damaged you know that feeling. Not as bad as when my 55 Chevy got cruched beyond repair by the drunk driver but close ( I was 17 then).
Ok so let's get on with this. Insurance sent me to a national chain auto body place who said they wouldn't even work on it. Now that is really bad news, right? Well I was complaining about it to my IT guy, the one who teaches people to drive race cars, and he said "I got a place!"
He sent me to see Chris at Elite Auto Finishes.
Now you need to understand this place is at the end of a street with no apparent name, not real easy to find. And, when you go back there in a Tahoo to see them, like I did, you may not be able to turn around - I was a little skeptical!
Well calm your fears because Chris and his crew really know their way around body work. They had a lambo up on a lift and he had his own race cars in for repairs. He is professional and does great work. My Lexus actually looks better than before because they cleaned up some door dings and polished the headlights while they had it. The paint was matched perfectly and you cannot see where any repairs have been made. They washed it and cleaned the engine bay.
What else can I say - I wanted to drive around telling perople look at the great job they did on my car.
If you need a door ding repaired or if your baby has been totaled call Chris and pour out your tale of woe, he has heard worse stories than yours and he will be sympathetic.
I could no be happier.
