  • My second time in the Hoot Owl was fantastic. These people really know how to have fun. There was a band there and they eventually changed clothes and came out as the Blues Brothers. It was so fun. People were dancing on the pool table and getting wild. It's a good crowd. I went fairly early and left before 9 when the younger crowd got there.
