  • If I could give this place NO stars I would. Worst service I've ever had anywhere in the world. We called a day ahead of time to make a reservation for 11, we were given a table the barely fit 8 and then after 30 min they gave us 1 extra chair. Took 30 minutes to get anyone to acknowledge us and that was after we flagged someone down who wasn't even our server. When the beer came 20 min after that the order was wrong and never fixed. We tris to speak to a manager and she refused to come back from behind the bar to speak to us. When we tried to order more food we had to hunt down our "actual" server RACHEL who never introduced herself. We asked for the appropriate beer that was ordered to be brought and she said she already gave us one and she put the ticket in right so she didn't know what to do. We said we've been waiting over an hour one person never got his beer and 3 of our party never got waters. She then said everyone is waiting a while she can't do anything then asked us if we wanted separate checks, We said we want to order more beer and she rolled her eyes and walked away from us without even talking any order at all. She was very rude to us for no reason. We paid our tab and left. They were horribly understaffed which is a severe problem with the management but that is no excuse for a server to be rude. I will never come back here and management needs to get it together and figure out how to properly run a restaurant.
