  • I had lunch and dinner at Taggia while staying at the FireSky resort for a weekend retreat. The service was outstanding and the food was excellent. The baccala (salt cod fritters) were dangerously addictive. The Chitarra (spaghetti carbonara) was decadently wonderful. I enjoyed the bistecca and seared scallops as well. The BEST part was the tiramisu - hands down the best I've had. I will be back. Thank you Chef Massimo!
