  • I've had frustrating times here before. Today I went to buy my wife a birthday gift. Employees were around, but no one would help me. I didn't have any questions, just needed them to get me the locked away product. Easy fast sale. I waited and waited. One blue shirt on the phone walking around like he's talking to his buddy. Another blue shirt helping a customer, but helping him set up something on his phone - "ok, now select and answer the security questions..." (if someone can't go through a set up like that on his own, he shouldn't own the technology!) Then several Yellow-shirted guys stocking product. Yelling across the room about who's taking who's shift. None addressed me or even looked at me. Overall, the people here are either condescending, ignorant, aloof, rude, or any combination of these. I've finally learned my lesson. I will never come to this store again and will have to be in a GREAT need to visit another Best Buy.
