  • About a year ago I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed here. So I tried it for the first time and all she needed to do was clean them up. So I got waxed then she trimmed, and trimmed, and trimmed some more. Then she trimmed and trimmed and trimmed. I didn't pay attention to her cutting because I was thinking that it was relaxing, so when she handed me the mirror. I looked at them and one was trimmed down almost to nothing. I was pissed and asked her what happened. She said I don't know what happened but I can fix the other one. So still being pissed I told her hell no. I literally had to fill in my dam eyebrows everyday because one was missing. I told her I wasn't going to pay for them since I was missing one. After their customer service, additional charges and crappy nail job. I would not recommend this nail salon. Ya they have cheap prices but not worth it. I will never come back!!!
